of Stratus Sedan models include base and ES trim, equipped with standard antilock
brakes and dual airbags. This line of Sedan is equipped with 132-horsepower 2.0-liter

with dual overhead camshafts engine. For the sporty ES model, an optional 2.5-liter
V6 engine is offered. Optional engines are matched only with 4-speed automatic
transmission.

The coupe began as the Avenger in 1995 remaining almost unchanged until 2001,
when it was replaced with the Stratus Coupe. The Stratus Sedan was also modified
in 2001, employing more powerful engines fresh new styling. The Coupe came in
SXT and R/T models equipped with 2.4L 147-hp engine and a 200-hp V6 engine, respectively
and a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. The higher trim
